In the last two decades breast cancer raised the commonest mortal violence of malignancy. The incidence of breast cancer is 6 time higher in developed countries than the developing countries. According to the current status of knowledge, the following risk factors are considered significantly in its etiology:
Four main reasons of breast cancer are described below:
1. Genetical factor: As per recent discovery it`s known that the breast cancer is created by the genetical mutation.
· If first degree relatives (mother, sister) are affected by breast carcinoma, then the probability of breast cancer is higher 2-6 folds in the daughter body.
· The risk factor also higher if mother is affected by the ovarian cancer.
· If breast cancer is present in family then two genotype BRCA1 & BRCA2 is carried the probability of breast cancer in generation wise. So the risk factor of breast carcinoma also increase. BRCA11 gene also predictable for the ovarian cancer carrier.
· Mutation in P53 tumor suppressive gene is tends to the reason of carcinoma in about 40% of cases.
2. Lactation: If a lacted mother affected by the breast cancer then cancer probability is transfer to the chilled body through lactation. In here MMTV virus is main reason of transformation which infected the chilled breast in 15-30 years.
3. Hormonal problem: when estrogen and progesterone balanced is hampered by any reason then the risk factor increase in 5-10 folds. Almost about 40% cases are due to the imbalanced in hormone system.
4. Excess use of pills: excess use of pills imbalanced progesterone secretion thus it interrupt the estrogen –progesterone balanced and carcinogen occur
Some secondary reasons of breast carcinoma:
1.
Consumption of large amount of animal fats, high
calorie foods.
2.
Cigarette smoking
3.
Alcohol consumption
4.
Breast
mentation surgery
5.
