Pills prevent pregnancy through a number of internal changes.
The two primary means are:
·         Production of thick cervical mucus which prevents spam penetration and does not allow entering spam in the uterus.
·         Inhibit the ovulation in about 50%of menstrual cycle.(proliferative phase)
Other, secondary reasons are:
·         Suppressed the endometrium growth
·         Decreased the progesterone production by the ovary
Side effect on excessive uses of pills:   According to the study it can be notified that in last few years, pills accumulation is the main cause of women infertility. When a women intakes pills excessively it`s action in the body may be permanent.
The reason of pills inducing infertility:
a.       On regular intake of pills stickiness of cervical mucus is increase and it’s stacked with the cervical muscle permanently in cervix tube. So the tube is constricted. This constriction of cervix raised greater problem in the time of child preventuation which leads the baby death or several hemarege.

b.      Pills inhibits the ovulation by suppress FSH & LH secretion in ovary which contradicetly increased the density of nontestosteron steroidal hormones. When these hormonal changes continue for long period ovulation has become stopped in case of young ovary.

c.       Pills also decreased the progesterone level and suppressed the endometrium growth. It`s blocked the progesterone channels in endometrial cells and the muscular wall of uterus is not formed properly for fertilization. Thus way pregnancy is prevents. On the extra accumulation of pills the muscular endometrium wall of uterus are permanently hampered and endometrial cell count is decreased.  Then this affected uterus has been lost the capability of placentation. Thus way excessive accumulation of pills destroys the women fertility power

Precaution:   The pill is not recommended for women who have had  blood clots, high blood pressure, certain types of cancers, heart attack, stroke, liver disease, gallbladder disease, undiagnosed uterine bleeding, cardiac problems, epilepsy, sickle cell disease, chronic renal disease, smokers, prior to elective surgery, suspected pregnancy, obese women, certain types of migraine headaches, or uncontrolled diabetes.
