In present whole world got a clear knowledge about alcohol provided mortality despite off it vigorously engulfed the human beings in every moment. To maintain societal life people get addicted on alcohol. After the addiction we are express our emotions by the alcohol. You can also hear about the good effect of alcohol to build up cardiac problem less body, but I want to inform you that only a moderate amount of alcohol is good for health.

What is Alcoholism?

Alcoholism is the physical and mental addiction to alcohol. Prolonged use of alcohol will affect both physical and mental conditions, and it tends you various social implicates. Physically it affects the digestive system, pancreas, nerves, and heart and also central nervous system which stimulated you for rather alcohol consumption.

Why people get addicted on alcohol:

it`s also a powerful sedative drug that speeds up your brain and central nervous system for some time. It triggers the release of a chemical in your brain (dopamine) that boosts your mood, makes you feel calm, and at the same time, can make you feel more alert. After this period you feel an overall depressed condition. Alcohol absorbed through the GIT wall on the body, thus the alcohol level in your blood peaks within few minute. Thus, your brain adjusts to the stimulation from alcohol and lowers your natural energy level or mood.

  • Take a normal systemic antacid like, digging, gelusine after alcohol intake, it stand for against the conversion of ethyl to harmful methyl alcohol in the GI Track.

After prolong drinking of alcohol a man fall in the alcoholism. Then you can’t maintain the distance between alcohols as per your wish. So I am recommended only two effective ways to get rid of alcoholism.

  2. Grapes-This fruit contains a pure form of alcohol. A person wanting to give up this habit should have a meal of grapes every 4-5 hours, for a month at least. It reduce your alcohol intakeing tendency

The second process is great and if you intake regularly as per direction, only 2-3 month you can stay with alcohol. I concluded to the above discussion according to my personal experience.
